SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
SHIPPING
Our tees are made to order just for you. Since we do not keep inventory on-hand, please allow up to 3 business days for your tee(s) to be processed (printed, packaged, and shipped). We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
We currently use the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please note, your shipping election (first class, priority, etc.) does not start until AFTER your order has been processed (printed, packaged, and shipped). You will be notified via email once your order has been fulfilled and successfully shipped. You will be able to track the status of your order within 24-36 business hours after receiving shipping notification.
Once shipped, DR. EB'S TEE SHOP (DR. EBONY ERVIN ENTERPRISES, LLC) accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged packages. If there are any delays or concerns with your package once posted (including the rare instance of your package not arriving), DR. EB'S TEE SHOP is not liable as we no longer have control once the order is with the postal service. Should problems arise, please contact the postal service for assistance and reference the tracking number provided. Unfortunately, we are not able to give refunds or resend orders in these instances.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, DR. EB'S TEE SHOP cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, postal service interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with applicable shipping and tax charges.
REFUNDS
We will gladly issue a full refund of the purchase price (including applicable taxes) for a period of 7 days after your delivery date. Returned items must be postmarked by the end of the 7-day period. (For example, an order delivered on the 1st of the month must be postmarked on or before the 8th.) No returns will be processed after 7 days post delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your tee must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned tee. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you have taken these steps and still have not received your refund yet, contact us at info@drebtees.com. Please include the words "Late or Missing Refund" in the subject line.
EXCHANGES
We will only replace tees if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your tee, please send us an email at info@drebtees.com. Please include the words "T-shirt Exchange" in the subject line.
Upon receiving an exchange authorization, please send your tee(s) to: DR. EB'S TEE SHOP | PO BOX 870094 | STONE MOUNTAIN, GA 30087.
We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned package. We recommend you use a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for expensive packages.
